2 half-marathons

went to state both times in xc

PR: Half-marathon 1:29:30, 5K 17:36

Short-Term Running Goals:

Go to State in track and win the 800 meter. (hopefully)

Do more half-marathons and hopefully a 15+ miller.

Go to state Cross Counry.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Complete 1 full marathon

complete a total of 3 half marathons this year.

and 5, 5k this year before XC.

Personal:

16 year old, who loves to run. this is going to be my 4th year running and im loving it so far and i don't think i will stop running anytime soon. Copetive but, nice. Love bright colors!

Well today i felt good you could say, i did a 1 mile in P.E followed shortly by track practice where we did 4 mile jog (8:35 pace) followed by 2 miles with our leg work out for the day mix in. After that i went home felt better and did another 3.25... i will be sore tommorrow for sure. :)
